Updates regarding the Coronavirus: information about orders and deliveries
Now that the world is upside down and everything seems to be changing every day, it takes a lot of flexibility and perseverance from everyone to get through the upcoming weeks and months. We are very grateful to everyone, from our health care providers to all transporters, for their effort and help. Questions about all orders and deliveries
Now that many people are at home because of the Coronavirus and not all companies can run at full strength, we get a lot of questions regarding the status of orders that have been placed and their delivery. Currently, all orders are still shipped at the end of each business day. You can find the delivery time by each product.
Small delay with orders
Now that more people are at home, online orders are increasing. PostNL remains committed to processing the packages and letters in a responsible manner, so it may happen that your order has a small delay. We would like to ask you for understanding when this concerns your order.
The delivery of packages via PostNL/Hermes
All packages are sent with PostNL and will be transferred to local carriers like Hermes. According to the RIVM (the Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment), the virus cannot be transferred through packages. The delivery of instant hedging
Have you ordered instant hedging? All instant hedging will be delivered on the date indicated by you. The hedging can still be ordered and are delivered fresh from the nursery within 3 or 4 business days. If this unexpectedly changes, we will contact you in time.
